Brush Hollow, Marlton, NJ

Brush Hollow

Marlton, New Jersey

Brush Hollow is located off Willow Bend Road and Evans Road near Cherokee High School.  Built in the mid-1970's by Chiusano Builders, most homes feature 3-4 bedrooms, a living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, family room with a wet bar and a basement.  The central location within the town is highly coveted.  Main Street, schools, parks and shopping are all within walking distance.  Proximity to hospitals, the Promenade shoppes and restaurants is also a PLUS-factor!

The residents of Brush Hollow are all welcome to attend monthly meetings of the Civic Association.  A board of directors consists of four officers and seven additional board members.  Monthly meetings are held at nearby eateries.

The Brush Hollow Civic Assocation plans activities for the enjoyment of all residents.  Children are invited to attend Halloween and other holiday parties where the kids participate in games and fun activities.  The annual block party and holiday trolley ride are open to the entire family.  Adult-only parties are scheduled several times each year as well.

In addition to all the planned entertainment, the civic association also "gives back" to the community.  Association members host a periodic Road Cleanup along Willow Bend Road which borders the neighborhood.  Several scholarships are awarded each year to qualifying graduating seniors in the community. The annual yard sale is held each Mother's Day weekend and all residents are encouraged to participate.  Those items not sold can be donated to a local charity and will be picked up by the charity truck.

The Lamplighter, a newsletter, is published and delivered to all member residents.  The newsletter consists of articles, advertising, meeting schedule and minutes, upcoming events and general information pertinent to the neighborhood.  All residents are encouraged to contribute to the published content of the newsletter as well as urged to submit advertising of their local business or services.

Membership dues are collected each fall.  An $8.00 annual fee is charged to residents to help defray the cost of publishing the Lamplighter newsletter.  A membership application is available in the newsletter or by contacting  Membership is not mandatory, nor does the association impose any restrictions on residents.

All Brush Hollow residents are welcome to participate in the Civic Association meetings and events!
